Herbarium Studies of Pennsylvania Plants of Special Concern
The Section of Botany of the Carnegie Museum of Natural History received funding from the Wild Resource Conservation Fun in 1994 for the following:
1. Provide data from historical collections of taxa added to the Plants of Special Concern in Pennsylvania list in 1994.
2. Provide data from newly acquired specimens of species on the POSCIP list or specimens recently redetermined to be POSCIP taxa.
3. Continue to verify the taxonomic determinations of selected specimens in the Pennsylvania Natural Diversity Inventory database.
