Rare Plant Inventory and Natural Community Stewardship within Northwestern Pennsylvania
The Botany Department worked 20 field days for the 1998 Northwestern Pennsylvania Rare Plant Survey and Natural Community Stewardship. Seven of the twenty field days were funded by the Museum. Data from one additional field day at Presque Isle, funded by Pennsylvania State Parks, in included in this report. Several field days were conducted by Museum volunteer Lainard Bush in Warren County. Only one of Mr. Bush's field days, the day he discovered the third Warren County occurrence of bog bluegrass, is included in the list below.
